Winner John Mordacz = net 76 Runner-up Jan Blackman on a countback from Brian Dawson = net 77

Long Drive 4th = John Mordacz- A Grade: Luke Wright- B Grade
Approach 11th = Noel Pittard

Nearest the Pins 5th = Neville Ostwald; 8th = Ralph Clarke; 14th = (no one); 17th = Peter Wright

Extra Information There were 17 players who hit off on a 2C degree cold morning with two visitors Luke and Brett Wright, sons of Peter.
What an interesting but difficult golf course Kooralbyn is but it was not at its best with the greens being quite bare in patches. Even our Club Champion tried 3 times to get over the water on the 144 metre 17th hole par 3 using a 7 iron, a 6 iron and then a 5 iron before making it successfully.
As the clubhouse was closed we had our presentations under the trees outside the Pro shop.
The next 2 games are for the Winter Cup and members should contact the Captain with the names of their partners to play with as soon as possible.
