Winner Barry Harvie net= 64 Runner-up Pauline Todd net= 66

Long Drives 9th= Peter Wright- A Grade: Charles Jackson- B Grade

Approach 11th= Simon Hart

Nearest the Pins 2nd= Peter Wright; 6th= Noel Pittard; 12th= Noel Pittard; 16th= Brian Dawson; 18th= Eddie Todd

Extra Information There were 17 players at McLeod for the Single Stroke event.
The fairways were well covered but dry in some patches; the greens had recently been cored and sanded but were coming up well. As we were playing off the yellow, social club markers, at time we were losing 100 metres of distance on a hole. One par 5 was no more than a drive and a 9 iron. It didn't make the game any easier for some of us though.
The next game at Noosa Springs on 7th December at 8:00am is the final game for the year.
The Presentation Night is at the QCC on 19 December at 7:30pm and All members are welcome. Let President Charles know if you and your partner/spouse are attending so tables can be set up for us beforehand.
