Winner Jim Kemp = net 72 Runner-up Peter Wright = net 74

Long Drives Green 3rd= Mal Cocherane- A Grade: Nick Ostwald- B Grade

Approach Gold 6th= (no one)

Nearest the Pins Green 2nd= Allan Duke; Green 7th= Tony Banks; Gold 4th= John Mordacz; Gold 8th= Don McMillan

Extra Information It was a beautiful day to be out playing golf even though it was a little cool early.
There were 33 players with 8 from Daikin and AApproved Air and 25 from the QCC Club.
The greens were true and fast and the fairways were well covered.
Unfortunately for some reason the game took approximately 5.5 hours to play. I must mention to all members that if we are the ones at fault and we continue to do this, we might not be invited back to some clubs. We must, as a club, keep our games to about 4 hours if we can and avoid slow play.
We must thank Neville from AApproved Air and Francois from Daikin Australia for the sponsorship of our game. We certainly appreciate it.
Also the Captain has mentioned to me that some members are just turning up to play without booking in with him before hand and this puts him in an awkward position as he has already phoned the club and booked for a certain number of players.
The next game is at Riverlakes on the 10th August.
